Hyun Joong's spanking new abs!

Hyun Joong's bodybuilding secrets were revealed by trainer Kim Sang Deok on SBS's E!TV 'Star's Q10'.

He revealed that it took a mere two weeks for Hyun Joong to achieve his perfectly ripped abs which he proudly displayed during the concert.

He explained that Hyun Joong's body was the type that could create perfect muscle tone in a short period of time, but also mentioned that Hyun Joong had a problem with shoulder dislocation.
